Synrgy has been named a Resolution Project award winner, recognizing early-stage social ventures with a credible path from pilot to durable impact. The award supports our work building career infrastructure for institutions that serve students the traditional pipeline tends to miss.

The recognition tracks a simple thesis we keep testing: most students do not lack ambition or information. They lack sequencing — a clear next step, at the right moment, tied to the resources and people who can unblock it. That is an infrastructure problem, and infrastructure problems are solvable.
