Synrgy is now running active pilots across five-plus universities. Each pilot pairs a career center with a student cohort and a shared measurement framework, so partners can compare results against something other than their own prior year.

What a pilot includes

• Personalized career roadmaps for the participating cohort
• Resource and community surfacing tied to each milestone
• An institutional dashboard covering milestone completion, engagement, and stall points
• Onboarding and check-ins with the Synrgy team through the term

We deliberately keep pilots small enough to read. A cohort you can still look at student by student tells you more in one term than a campus-wide rollout tells you in three.
